Our products are backed with a performance and identity guarantee, as long as you adhere to our planting recommendations, climate zones, and as long as you do not attempt to grow them as houseplants or grow them in undersized pots. Just notify us of any problems by August 31, 2012 to initiate a claim for refund or replacement.

We provide full planting instructions with every order and are always at your service for "live person" support to handle your concerns.

If you are an existing customer, please follow these steps to sign up for our newsletter.

In the top navigation, click on "My Account".
Under "E-Mail Notifications", click "Subscribe or unsubscribe from newsletters".
Make sure "General Newsletter" is selected, then click "Continue".
You are now subscribed to our newsletter.
