Our Guarantee and Replacement Policy
We guarantee safe arrival of healthy bulbs, that varieties will be true-to-name, and will grow if planted as instructed.

Unfortunately we are unable to extend the guarantee to environmental conditions or natural circumstances beyond our control, improper planting, prolonged storage, or pest damage. Please notify us promptly of problems apparent upon arrival.

Any CLAIMS SHOULD BE SUBMITTED IN WRITING specifying varieties and quantities. For quality control purposes, we will need a detailed description of the problem and request that you dig up bulbs that did not grow in order to determine bulb condition. This can provide valuable clues for you AND us which may prevent the same problem from recurring.

Shipping

We use UPS ground service to Washington, Oregon, and California addresses. You must provide a street address, rather than a P.O. box for this. (Otherwise we will be forced to use regular mail, which is slower. than UPS) We use Priority Mail for destinations other than Washington, Oregon, and California because of the economical "Flat-rate" boxes, which beat the cost of UPS Ground, being independent of weight or zone.

Please note that Lily Pad Bulbs does not profit on shipping charges. No minimum is imposed on orders, but we need to impose a minimum on shipping to cover order processing as well as actual shipping. It costs us as much to process a small order as it does a large one.

You may specify most convenient shipping time in the "comments" field of your online order form and we will try to oblige, within certain limits of practicality.

We are unable to ship outside the U.S. or to Hawaii due to agricultural restrictions.
