This lovely species is truly hard to find in commerce. A native to China, it has loads of medium-sized pendant (turkscap) flowers on strong showy stems. We offer the golden-yellow color form, which has bronze buds and bronze petal reverse. Bold purple speckles cover the inner half of the petals. This is certainly among the most impressive lilies in our field this season, with stalks bearing many many flowers. Utilized in breeding many of today's Asiatic lilies. Notably EASY to grow! Bulb size is 16/18 cm, capable of producing at least 8 flowers the first year.
