Border Charm is one of the early crosses between bush and tree peonies (intersectional) by Hollingsworth. This worthy peony is sulfur yellow feathering to silver tips and edges, with prominent red flares at petal bases. Fragrant strong grower with dwarf growth habit, tending to grow prostrate or creep. Nice flowing over rockeries. Many nodding flowers, long bloom season. Very hardy, zones 4-8. Root divisions have 2-3 eyes.
