What's hot this season?

All domestically-raised, recent Oriental Lily introductions, Sumatra, Miss Lucy (double-flowered), Rio Negro, Tiger Woods, Salmon Star, Arabian Red, Dzzy and Chambertin are looking great this season, with expected sizes of 18/20 cm and possibly larger. Familiar favorites like Casa Blanca (Casablanca) and Stargazer are also available in large and Bulb-zilla size grades. The exotic heat-resistant and cold-resistant new O.T. Orienpet Lilies, include Maywood, Robina, Viceversa, Mai Tai, and Gluhwein, offered in sizes of 18/20 cm or larger. Novelty Asiatic Lilies, such as Ceres (double Lily) and Landini (Black Lily), are available in 14/18 cm sizes.

Additional specialties for this Fall are the fragrant O.A. beauty, "First Crown" and the hard-to-find species, Martagon, Tigrinum (Tiger Lily), the Japanese Gold-Band (Auratum) Lily and the fine Rubrum Lily, Speciosum r. "Uchida".

Finally, we have excellent Trumpet varieties, such as Midnight (Purple Lily), and Black Dragon available in normal 18/20 sizes as well as "Bulb-zilla" super-sized bulbs.
